Senior Business Developer

The Senior Business developer will work goal orientated to expand our affiliation partners across the industry while growing our business. Candidate will be responsible for actively recruit, create, monitor and optimize a portfolio of clients with a particular focus on effective inventory, and sharing best practices within the various internal departments. Daily tasks will also involve data analysis, preparing strategic client reports, proposals and contracts.

Key responsibilities:
·Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
· Key mandate for the role is to sign deals with Affiliates and increase the amount of traffic/revenue.
· Focus on establishing new Affiliate’s partnerships; manage all parts of the commercial relationship including pitching, negotiations and contractual agreements.
· Carefully observe new market developments and trends and give feedback to our sales team to maintain and improve the competitiveness of our company.
· Driving affiliates growth through effective business partnering.
· Oversee the implementation of tools and identification of metrics for regular evaluation of the business.
· Attending events to networking and to find new partners.
· Helping the Accounts to manage existing publishers.
· Collaborating with internal departments to provide quick and consistent solutions.
· Being up to date on the Mobile media market and competitors.

 

Experience / Background:
· Bachelor Degree in Business/Marketing/Economics.
· 3 + years prior experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing – Focus on Cost per Installation and Cost per Acquisition.
· A proven business development or sales executive experience who has successfully helped to scale a mobile media business.
· Genuinely enjoy connecting with people.
· Ability to build and leverage relationships founded on trust and integrity.
· Excellent network of existing contacts. Must have established contacts with Affiliates and Networks.
· Must be experienced and skilled at negotiating, able to find creative ways to achieve win-win scenarios with customers and partners.
· Demonstrated ability to close successful deals.
· Fluent in written and spoken English. Any other foreign language is an advantage.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with energetic presentation skills.
· Demonstrated capability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding start-up environment.
· Strong analytical skills.
· Robust organizational and time management skills with a special attention to detail.
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while simultaneously managing multiple workstreams.
· You need to be pushy, constantly selling and willing to get 99 “NOs” until you get that 1 “YES”.
· Obsessive about reaching their goals.
· Unrelenting, tenacious and persistent. This person will persevere through every hardship to achieve their goals.
· Experience working in a international company is useful.

Account Manager

We are now hiring an Account Manager to join our Sales team located in Malaga. We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and versatile person ready to show his/her value in the fast and constant changing mobile industry. We are looking for a candidate with experience in sales, account management and/or affiliate marketing. Ideally with direct experience with Advertisers or Affiliates within the mobile space, but it’s not a requirement. We want driven, professional, team players with great people skills.

Key responsibilities:
· Seek out and partner with Ad Networks, Media Buyers, Affiliate Networks and also Advertisers to build great long lasting business relationships with them.
· Manage the daily activity of every partner accounts and their campaigns in all GEOs.
· Seek for the best performing campaign for each partner’s traffic.
· Travel to industry Trade Shows to close deals and build industry knowledge and presence.
· Solving daily duties with effectiveness and speed.
